Art Director for Spotlite: Building a Mobile Video Resume Platform from Brand Concept to Product Experience
As the creative lead for Spotlite, a startup focused on redefining the hiring experience through a mobile video resume platform, I was responsible for building the brand and product experience from the ground up. From establishing the visual identity and brand strategy to designing the core product interface, I helped transform an early-stage concept into a cohesive and market-ready digital experience.
Beyond product design, I developed and maintained the complete visual ecosystem for the brand, including marketing materials, presentations, investor communications, website assets, and digital campaigns. By establishing a consistent design language across the product and all customer-facing touchpoints, I helped position Spotlite as an innovative platform while creating a seamless connection between the brand identity and user experience.
Working closely with stakeholders and developers, I led the design of the mobile application, creating intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that simplified the process of creating, sharing, and discovering video resumes. Every aspect of the user experience was carefully considered to balance functionality, usability, and engagement while meeting the needs of both job seekers and recruiters.
