I was the lead designer for McGuire.com. Our Marketing Director and team worked with a Colorado based web development and technology company called, "Booj". We started with wire frames and mapped out the entire site. McGuire's website is responsive and very robust. It is home to over 150 agents and incorporates multiple MLS feeds.
These are Icons that I illustrated to add some graphic elements to McGuire's website and brand collateral.
I worked with a few designers to create company collateral. These are all materials that our Agent use to promote the company and share with their clients our vision, global presence, and our tools available for selling real estate.
When I started at McGuire Real Estate I worked on various templates and files using Illustrator and Indesign. As I worked closely with our COO, she entrusted me in refreshing McGuire's look and feel. The first goal was to create a company brand guidelines to ensure that the brand had consistency through all outlets.
I made sure that we created an upscale and clean look for all of our Market Reports as well as all of our Advertising. Slowly but surely McGuire's brand was being recognized through our print Advertising. Property photos were vital to our layouts and the McGuire logo always remained prominent.
We had various banners and billboards. This is a design that we had on a Billboard in the East Bay.
Re-targeting and Social Media is important for every company. They reach is greater and the cost is reasonable. This is a sample of our re-targeting campaign and property eblast and a diagram as to how it works.
