Art Director for the last family owned Brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area
As Art Director for McGuire Real Estate, I was responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of the company's marketing initiatives. Working within a small, high-performing marketing team, I led the creative development and collaborated in project planning, production management, and execution of marketing initiatives that supported both corporate branding efforts and the promotional needs of more than 200 real estate agents across the organization.
I directed the development and production of a wide range of print and digital marketing materials designed to promote luxury residential listings, agent brands, and company initiatives. Projects included property brochures, advertising campaigns, direct mail, magazine placements, signage, presentations, digital marketing assets, and custom sales collateral. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, I collaborated closely with agents, executives, vendors, photographers, and printers to deliver high-quality marketing solutions within tight deadlines.
A key aspect of my role was maintaining and evolving McGuire Real Estate's brand identity across all customer-facing communications. By establishing consistent design standards, visual messaging, and marketing systems, I ensured a cohesive brand experience throughout the company's Bay Area offices and marketing channels. This strategic approach strengthened brand recognition, elevated property marketing, and provided agents with compelling tools to effectively showcase their listings and personal brands. Based on the company's extensive Bay Area presence and luxury market focus, the work supported a highly visible and competitive real estate brand.
